PrestoPark is the generic name of a new family of parking control devices developed and produced by IEM SA at CH-1228, Plan-les-Ouates, Geneva. Promotion and sales in France and the Common Market are taken care of by IEM SARL at F-74160 Archamps.

All the PrestoPark devices contain significant innovations. These are:

• Presto-120 which introduces the stand-alone parking indicator which is optimised to aid the monitoring of short-stay free parking.

• Presto-400* which introduces the ticket-less electronic "mutiparcmètre" (multi-parking meter) which allows quick payment in close proximity to the vehicle. It is no longer necessary to go back to the vehicle to put the ticket behind the windscreen.

• Presto-600* which introduces the most discret solar parking meter thanks to its reduced size and the integration of the latest technologies.

The new means of payment of the Presto 400 & 600 include*:

• Electronic parking meter ticket. This is a modern means linked to payment by smart card** and it allows the traditional paper parking meter ticket to be replaced by an electronic ticket with an image similar in appearance to a paper ticket and bearing the same information. This image may be displayed at any time on the screen of a parking meter or a "multiparcmètre".
